Rebuilding master

Hi,
Where do i find rebuildm.exe utility and how do I build master using this utility? Is it something like builmaster utility in Sybase??

You should have 80\Tools\Binn

Or do a Finf in Explorere...

Then go buy ADMIN 911 for SQL Server 2000 by Brian Knight
